We currently do not respond to DNT browser signals, as no uniform standard has been established. If such a standard emerges, we will comply and update this notice accordingly.

Estate & Company has not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes in the preceding twelve (12) months and will not sell or share it in the future.

NewbornCare.com has not sold any personal data and will not sell personal data in the future.

Verification process and response timeline

We may request additional information to verify your identity. We will respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt, with a possible one-time extension of another forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary.

If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing support@newborncare.com. We will respond in writing within sixty (60) days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General to file a complaint.
