First-time parents in NoMad, Manhattan seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to support mom and baby starting around May 18, 2025, when they return home from the hospital. This role includes full newborn care and postpartum support.
✔ Complete newborn care
✔ Night feedings & newborn routines
✔ Bottle & pump cleaning/sterilizing
✔ Baby laundry
✔ 24/7 support for first 4 weeks
✔ Potential to continue 24/7 or transition to 12-hour nights
✔ 6–8 week assignment
✔ $40/hour or $800/day for 24-hour care
Must have strong newborn/postpartum experience, 2 professional references, and ability to pass background check.
