Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate newborn care
• Establish and support healthy daytime sleep routines and nap structure
• Implement age-appropriate sleep shaping techniques
• Assist with evening wind-down routines, including feeding and bath preparation
• Support feeding routines (breast and/or bottle as applicable), including proper preparation and sanitation of bottles and feeding equipment
• Maintain detailed tracking of sleep, feeding, and diapering patterns

• Maintain nursery organization and baby-related items

Requirements
• 5–10+ years of professional newborn experience
• Demonstrated expertise in sleep shaping and newborn routines
• Strong understanding of infant development in the first year
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Professional, discreet, reliable, and an excellent communicator
