We are seeking an experienced Night Newborn Care Specialist to support our growing family with overnight newborn care. Ideal candidate is calm, knowledgeable, and focused on establishing healthy sleep routines while providing hands-on guidance to new parents.
✔ 10–12 hour overnight shifts
✔ 4–6 nights per week
✔ Full overnight newborn care
✔ Feeding, soothing & sleep support
✔ Baby laundry & bottle care
✔ 8–12 week assignment
✔ Live-out
✔ $32–$40/hour (DOE)
Must have strong newborn experience, 2 professional references, and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
